Carnivore

The cat is a real carnivore. That means it has to eat meat to meet specific needs. Vegetable proteins have a lower biological value than animal proteins. They can be broken down less well and are used more poorly. Moreover, they can cause an increased risk of allergic reactions, diabetes, and gastrointestinal problems. It is, therefore, crucial that cat foods contain only or almost exclusively animal proteins. This information can be found on the packaging.
